The average UK delivery time is 1-3 working days. Times vary based on destination. All orders are delivered using Royal Mail Tracked Service. When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS notification with a Royal Mail tracking link and in-flight options. All UK customers will receive a two-hour delivery window on the day of delivery, so they do not have to wait in all day.
I need my order in a hurry. What can you do?

I'm buying a product as a gift, how can I hide the price?
We can remove the price from the Dispatch and Returns Note if you let us know it is a gift. Simply proceed to the checkout and write 'Item is a gift, Hide price’ in the Comments box.
How can I rearrange my delivery?
You're spoilt for choice! You can change the delivery date, arrange to leave your parcel somewhere safe at the delivery address, deliver it to your neighbour, drop it off at your local Post Office branch, or local Royal Mail delivery office. You can use the Royal Mail 'in-flight' options in your delivery notification to select an option.
How can I track my delivery?

How do I access the most up to date information on my order?
We'll keep you regularly updated on all aspects of your order via email and text. You will initially receive an email order confirmation from us. Then you will be sent a Royal Mail delivery update when your item has been dispatched. If you have any questions, you can email us on email@example.com stating your order number.
I received a faulty item
We're really sorry to hear that you've received an item that's not in perfect condition, this is very rare. We hand-pack and check every item before sending it out.
