How long will it take for my order to arrive? I live in the UK.
Delivery times in the UK will take approximately 2 days depending on your location, and the chosen shipping method. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive Royal Mail tracking and a 2-hour timeslot on the day of delivery.

Yes, we offer international shipping to the USA only at this time. If you destination country is not listed, please contact us for the latest information.
What is your return policy?
We have a 30 day returns policy. Please ensure all unsuitable goods are:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery date.
- Unworn, unused, with original labels/tags/packaging.
- Meet our Return Standards.
Return Standards:
- Unworn (tried on for size only).
- Complete with original labels, tags, insert cards and packaging.
- Unstained, unwashed, free of scents/perfumes/animal hair.
- No material damage, stretched marks, creases, or wrinkles.
- No damage to fasteners, straps, zips, boning, etc.
How do I return an Item?
- Repack it with your completed return note (refund or exchange ticked).
- Include the exchange code if you want a different item.
- You're responsible for return postage. Choose a trackable method and keep proof of postage.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you get an email and SMS notification from Royal Mail with a tracking number. You can use this to track the progress of your order delivery on their website. UK customers get a 2-hour delivery window.

Use Royal Mail's "in-flight" options to reschedule your delivery, drop off at a neighbour or at the nearest Post Office Collection Point.
