The London Corset Company are a UK based Waist Trainer and Shapewear company. All UK orders are delivered by Royal Mail Tracked Courier Service with 2-hour time slot and pre-delivery options if required.

Delivery Costs

All Orders Delivered By Royal Mail Tracked Courier.

UK Delivery - Tracked:
FREE DELIVERY on orders over £100.00 (1-3 working days)
Orders under £100.00: £4.95 (1-3 working days)
Please contact us if you need next day delivery.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.

USA and Canada Tracked Delivery:

European Delivery:
We have had to temporarily suspend all European deliveries due to delays at UK shipping ports and unexpected extra import duties being charged to our customers on delivery. As these charges are out of our control and may be subject to change depending on local tax and import laws, these costs are the responsibility of the buyer and recipient of the parcel. In response to this and the delays at the shipping ports mentioned above, we feel it is only fair to our customers to suspend European deliveries for the time being.

I need my order in a hurry. What can you do?

How does contactless delivery work?
Our couriers are carrying out contactless deliveries to ensure the safety of drivers and our customers during the pandemic. This means no hand-to-hand contact or need for signatures. Drivers have been trained to remain 2 metres apart from the doorstep. Your parcel will be delivered safely to your door with a photo of the parcel as proof of delivery. You can also choose your safe place using the 'in-flight' option in your notification.

Where do you dispatch your items from?
We dispatch our stock every day from the UK.

I can't find my destination or country listed?
Please email our Customer Care Team and for the latest information.

I won't be at home for my delivery, How can I rearrange my delivery?
You're spoilt for choice! You can change the delivery date, arrange to leave your parcel somewhere safe at the delivery address, deliver it to your neighbour, drop it off at your local Post Office branch, or local Royal Mail delivery office. You can use the Royal Mail 'in-flight' options in your delivery notification to select an option.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS notification with Royal Mail tracking and in-flight options. This will keep you informed at every stage of your parcel’s journey. All UK customers will receive a two-hour delivery window on the day of delivery, so they do not have to wait in all day.
