The London Corset Company - Delivery & Returns Information

Delivery – Contactless Delivery to Your Home or Work
All orders are dispatched from the UK using DPD delivery. This means no hand-to-hand contact or need for signatures. DPD drivers have all been trained to remain 2 metres apart from the doorstep. Your parcel will be delivered safely to your door with proof of delivery. All items are despatched in discreet DPD branded packaging with a track and trace service and a one hour delivery time slot given on the day of delivery.

*FREE UK Mainland Delivery on all orders over £50.00 (2-4 working days).
Working days are Monday to Friday.

*UK Mainland Orders under £50.00: P&P £4.95 (2-4 working days).

*UK Islands & Northern Ireland - All Orders:
Northern Ireland, Isle Of Wight: P&P £7.95
(2-4 working days).
Scottish Islands, Isle Of Man, Channel Isles, Scilly Isles: P&P £12.99 (2-4 working days).

Green Packaging - We use DPD Expresspaks to ship your order - these are made from 80% reclaimed material and are 100% recyclable.

European Delivery: We have had to temporarily suspend all European deliveries due to delays at UK shipping ports and unexpected extra import duties being charged to our customers on delivery. As these charges are out of our control and may be subject to change depending on local tax and import laws, these costs are the responsibility of the buyer and recipient of the parcel. In response to this and the delays at the shipping ports mentioned above, we feel it is only fair to our customers to suspend european deliveries for the time being. Please check back for updates. We hope to resume our European deliveries in the near future. Any outstanding orders already received will be delivered. We apologise for this matter which is out of our control at present. UK orders are, of course, not affected in any way by this.

Returns & Exchanges:
The London Corset Company want all our customers happy with their purchase. You can exchange any item within 30 days of purchase, and we will happily exchange it for another size, colour, or style. If you need any advice, please reach out to us and we can give you some advice.

You may return any un-used items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. All goods must be returned new, unworn and with its original packaging and tags. Please see our Return Standards below

How to Return or Exchange an Item:

1. Simply repack your item along with your completed Dispatch / Returns Note.

2. Tick Refund or Exchange. If you want to exchange an item (s), simply include what you would like to exchange for. We will take care of the rest.

3. You are responsible for the cost of the return to us. We recommend using the most cost-effective trackable method for your return shipment. Please keep the proof of postage until we have confirmed we have received your package by email.

Returns Policy:
  • All Returns and Exchanges must be returned in their new and original condition, fit for resale, and meeting our Return Standards within 30 days of receiving the item.
  • We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase and for no longer than 5-10 minutes.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet our Return Standards.
  • You are responsible for the cost of returning your item to us.
  • You have a 'duty of care' over the garments until they are returned to us and to take reasonable care to see they are received by us without delay and within the return policy period.
  • Items received with signs of wear or damage will be inspected and charged a 25% restocking fee (either deducted from your refund or collected before we ship your exchange).
  • If in poor condition, it may not qualify for a return, therefore you will be deducted £10 for return postage, administration, and bank charges.
  • All returns need to be in the original packaging where it forms part of the goods, for example, plastic packaging, insert cards, garment, and tags). We will deduct £5.00 from your refund if there is missing packaging.
  • We will send you a payment request via email for any exchange price difference. For your security, please do not send cash or credit card information with your return.
  • Please allow 2-5 working days for us to process your return, exchange, or refund.
  • An exchange will incur a flat fee delivery charge of £4.95.
  • International customers will be responsible for shipping both directions. Please Contact Us if you have any questions on sizing before completing your purchase.

  • The London Corset Company offer a 30-day money back guarantee.
  • We cannot issue a refund unless the goods are returned to us and meeting our Returns Standards below.
  • Items returned to us in used condition, will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, marked, stretched, creased, affected by odours, have tags removed, are not in the original packaging or have inserts cards missing are non-returnable. We reserve the right to refuse or impose a 25% restocking fee on items not in new condition.
  • If a refund is approved, you should receive your refund within 2-5 working days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Standards:
If you want to return your purchase because it was unsuitable, the item needs to be unworn and in its original condition, complete with original packaging and any attached tags so it is fit for resale. It must be returned within 30 days of the receipt date. All returned items must meet the following Return Standards:
  • Unworn (only tried on for size) and unused.
  • Complete with original labels, tags, and packaging.
  • All returns need to be in the original packaging where it forms part of the goods, for example, plastic packaging, insert cards, garment, and tags). We will deduct £5.00 from your refund if there is missing packaging.
  • Unstained (No make-up, body make-up, fake tan, stains, or marks).
  • Unwashed with no marks, stains or evidence of body make-up or scents.
  • Free of any scents and perfumes (including tobacco smoke, laundry detergent, creams, and lotions etc.).
  • No animal or pet hair.
  • No material damage, stretch marks, creases, or permanent wrinkles.
  • No damage to hook and eye fasteners, straps, fasteners, zips, boning, etc.

Return Restrictions:
For hygiene purposes, we cannot offer a return or exchange on the following items that are classed as 'Underwear'. Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights.
  • Bum Lifters
  • Thong Shapewear
  • Compression Shapewear with a crotch area.
  • Waist Trainers and Corsets worn for over 10 minutes and not meeting the Return Standards.

Uncollected Purchases - DPD Pickup Shop
If a Customer is not going to be at home for a delivery, an 'in-flight' option is available through the text and email notifications, by which the delivery can be diverted to a local DPD Pickup point.

All parcels not picked up within 10 days from their designated DPD Pickup shop will be returned back to The London Corset Company and incur a £10.00 returns charge from DPD.

Once we receive the parcel back, we are happy to arrange a re-delivery at a convenient time or refund the item back. The fee will be deducted from any refund.
